Refund policy

Returns
Dekain accepts returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached. To initiate a return, contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for size or color variations, subject to availability. Please contact customer support to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, personalized items, and final sale products are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
